Holiday Camp Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the ForReal Easter Camp! Our gaming camp is designed for young gamers aged 8 years to 13 years providing a fun and safe environment to improve skills, make new friends, and experience the world of gaming in a community atmosphere. The camp will take place at 1 Moores Place, Brentwood, CM14 4AG.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be within the age range of 8 years and 13 years.

  • All minors (under 18 years of age) must have a parental consent form completed and signed prior to attending.

3. Booking & Payment

  • To book a spot at the ForReal Easter Camp, please complete the online registration form.

  • The camp fee is £50 per participant for the full duration. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration.

  • Payment Methods Accepted: Payment via online registration portal or reach out to pay via bank transfer.

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.

  • No-shows or early withdrawals will not receive any refund.

4. Health & Safety

  • For your child’s safety, we require parents to disclose any medical conditions or special needs in advance.

  • Emergency contacts for all minors must be provided at the time of registration.

  • Our staff are trained in basic first aid, and in the event of an emergency, immediate action will be taken.

  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for the day activities.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All participants must treat each other, the staff, and the camp equipment with respect.

  • Inappropriate behavior, including bullying, disruptive conduct, or damage to property, will not be tolerated. In such cases, the participant may be asked to leave the camp without a refund.

  • Parents are financially responsible for any damages to equipment or property caused by their child.

 

6. What to Bring

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Snacks and lunch, as appropriate. (Please ensure that any food allergies are disclosed upon registration.)

  • Comfortable clothing for the activities and games.

 

7. Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Participants must be picked up on time at the end of the camp day. A late fee of £5 will apply for each additional 30 minutes.

  • If a child is not picked up within 60 minutes of the end of camp, and we are unable to contact the parent/guardian, the local authorities will be contacted.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ForReal is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property during the camp.

  • The camp organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the camp due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather or illness (Force Majeure). In such cases, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative date.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the ForReal Easter Camp, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
